Hurricane Frances Damage   « « BACK « « This restaurant in downtown West Palm Beach suffered extensive roof damage from ice machine condensers blowing off their stands and bouncing around the roof, puncturing it. A ten-story building next door had clay tile blow off and strike the roof also, penetrating it like knife blades.
