When moisture, gases or a combination of the two become trapped
between layers of rolled roofing, blisters such as this can occur.
If the material or substrate is damp or wet and installed without
allowing to dry this can occur. If they burst it could cause leakage
but the presence of blisters is not always indicative of leakage. |
