These photos were taken on the flat roof of a strip mall,
an Athletic Shoe store. During the night burglars climbed on the
roof and spent hours cutting through the roof, chipping thru 3" of
concrete, hack sawing thru steel reinforcing rods and lowering
themselves in with ropes. They then hoisted dozens of cases of
shoes. The process obviously took hours, empty beer cans and
cigarettes were all around their work area. We were hired to
re-pour concrete & re-roof the area. Unbelievably, the next weekend
the thieves repeated their performance adjacent to our patch.
